Please begin by selecting what you want to do.
- Request a Reservation is used to request a new reservation for a meeting room and to reserve any requirements for A/V, Ushers and/or Environmental Services. It can be used for single or recurring reservations. A room must be confirmed as scheduled by the Front Desk Ambassador before it is final.
- Update/Reschedule a Reservation is used to provided new or updated information and/or change the date and/or time for an already scheduled reservation or recurring reservations. Please be sure to include or update any previous requests to A/V, Ushers and/or Environmental Services as well on this form. Update/Reschedule a Reservation cannot be used to change meeting rooms. (To change rooms, first cancel the original room and then submit a request with the new room.)
Cancel a Reservation is used to cancel a previously scheduled reservation or recurring reservations. Please be sure to cancel any previous requests to A/V, Ushers and/or Environmental Services on this form as well.
