On timeliness of these reports – Our bank statements arrive the second week of the month, so this report for the February CRA Board meeting is current as of December 31.
Please note that our Remainder fund amount will grow as our traditional sources of income are able to contribute. In December the Wood Shop contributed $1500 and the Sun Flower Shop contributed $1000. We had other donations of ~$1500.

Request for approval of $45,000 as our 2021-2022 fiscal year fund raising drive for March 2021
Comments:
- Our annual budget has been around $65,000
- Our income from committees has been around $12,000 (this year was an exception)
- We consciously set the goal for last year at $40,000 to help draw down our remainder funds. We also approved an extraordinary $20,000 CRA donation from the remainder funds for the KCC Employee Appreciation Fund Drive in May of 2020.
- Our remainder funds stand at $7,500 and we can expect the fund to grow this spring as committees are underspending. Currently the group of committees with budgets less than $2000, have an annual combined budget of $13,025 and have spent through Friday 1/22/21 only $613.19.
