CULINARY SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE

FUNCTION AND GOALS

The function of this committee is to provide a two-way channel of communication between residents and the Crosslands Culinary Services Staff. The goals are to ensure the satisfaction of residents with the culinary and nutritional factors of food services and to convey to residents the plans and concerns of the Culinary Services staff.

All Crosslands residents are encouraged to provide comments or ask questions about food services by completing one of the comment cards available at each meal or electronically on Culinary’s website.. The Culinary Services Advisory Committee reviews the comment cards to identify common trends and issues.
